Looking Forward to Seeing You in Taipei

GHS 2020 Stall at AASLD 2019
Can't wait until this June to see you, so last November we set up a point of contact at AASLD Liver Meeting in Boston. Besides giveaways including Popsockets and postcards, we created a nice video as well as printed information on GHS 2020. There our onsite staff readily answered questions any interested attendees may have, and warmly encouraged them to register their email on the official website for prompt updates. We received a lot of interests, so in March 2020 we are going to set up another stall at APASL 2020 Bali. See you then!

Winter in Taipei
In our Boston experience, many people were interested what Taiwan, especially Taipei, is like. Letbs start with this festive season. Winter is a time for warm friendly gatherings. While Taiwanese take pride in their local street food, friends and family usually get together over a nice meal. In the chilly winter, nothing is better than a soul warming hot pot!

Influenced by Chinese cuisine, Taiwanese hot pot infused the traditional recipe with many varieties. There are spicy hot pot of different degrees of spiciness, hot pot of chicken soup with rich broth, and shabu-shabu personal hot pot for those who like to share meal time while enjoying their own style of food. There are also all kinds of ingredients to the dinersb liking: seafood, vegetables, select meat slices, egg dumplings, or cheese balls prepped ready to be cooked in the broth.

Watching the boiling soup as flavorful aroma fills the room gives the simplest joy. As hot pot gourmet warms the body, a nice catch-up with friends warms the heart. When you are in Taipei, this is a nice experience you donbt want to miss*.

*Donbt worry about the heat in June. The restaurants in Taiwan keep room temperatures just right for you to enjoy it.
